View and edit home teaching and visiting teaching assignments for your ward.
"President's Whiteboard" is designed to help LDS elders quorum presidencies, Relief Society presidencies, and high priest group leaders manage the home teaching and visiting teaching rosters in their wards. It gives you an interactive "whiteboard" with all the teachers and teachees on little cards that you can drag around to create and edit companionships and assignments. Great for presidency meetings, when you have to revise the home/visiting teaching roster.
To get started with President's Whiteboard, you can either manually enter the names of all your families into the app, or import them from MLS. Here's how to import:
(1) In MLS, click on the "Organizations" menu.
(2) Select the "HT Organization" (or "VT Organization") submenu.
(3) Select the "HT Companionships" (or "VT Companionships") submenu.
(4) Click the Edit menu, and choose "Copy to file".
(5) Email the resulting file to yourself, then copy it to the "Downloads" folder on your Android device.
(6) Start the app, and tap the "Import from MLS" menu option. Select the saved file and you're done!
